Matthew Matt James was born in North Carolina on December 5 1991. Parents are Manny James and Patty James. He has a Nigerian mother as well as an American caucasian father. The father of his is Nigerian while his mother caucasian American. He was a graduate of Sanderson High School in 2010 and then attended Wake Forest University, where He earned his Bachelor's Degree from the Department of Economics in 2015. James was famous after his appearance on The Bachelorette as a reality TV celebrity. The show's creators chose him in 2020 to be the 25th season bachelor in The Bachelor, becoming the first African American lead. The show premiered 2021. James would be a perfect match for the job as the tall and handsome man is humorous. Rachael Krakconnell, whom he had chosen as his partner throughout the season. James teamed up with famous dancer Arnold in 2021, to take part in season 30 of Dancing with the Stars. James as well as Arnold placed 12th.
